Welcome to Le Chêne Vert and luxury camping. We are situated in South West France in the heart of the Limousin countryside. We offer 2 genuine Mongolian yurts and a safari style bell all set in 10 acres of park and woodland which also boasts a 5 acre private lake. |

Whether you are a seasoned camper or camping for the first time, camping in our yurts or bell tent will be an unforgettable experience. This style of luxury camping has become known as "Glamping" and at Le Chêne Vert we aim to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. |

The yurts and bell tent are located in a natural setting surrounded by trees and fields. The large yurt sits on a wooden platform besides 2 beautiful oak trees. The smaller yurt sits on a wooden base overlooking the lake. The Safari Bell tent nestles in a quiet corner of the grounds. |  |
About our YurtsWe offer 2 yurts at Le Chêne Vert. The Oaks A large spacious 6m diameter yurt, ideal for families and The Lake View yurt, a smaller 4m diameter yurt ideal for couples, families with younger children, or as extra sleeping accommodation for larger groups. The Oaks yurt comfortably sleeps 4 people in full size beds and it's spacious interior offers traditional furniture for dining and seating. It is also possible to add another bed for an extra child or adult. The lake View yurt comfortably sleeps 2 adults in a double bed and it is possible to add an additional single bed for an adult or child. Another small single is available for a small child if required. Large floor cushions provide seating. |

The Oaks Yurt has a 27m² interior and is set beneath oak trees and is spacious and luxurious with standing room throughout. It features traditional hand painted mongolian furniture. Large floor cushions and day beds provide seating, while the central wood burning stove provides extra warmth on cooler nights and enables you to cook or make your morning coffee. During the warmer summer months we remove the stove to allow you to benefit from the spectacular view from the crown wheel. This also gives you extra living space.

The Lake View yurt has a 13m² interior and is set on a wooden platform with views through the trees over the lake. With a full size double bed and option to add a single bed for an adult/child and a small bed for a second child, it too offers a spectacular view from the central crown wheel. It is perfect for couples as well as a family or is ideal as extra accommodation if you are in a large group |

About our Safari Bell TentOur 5m diameter Safari style Bell Tent is extremely spacious offering all the luxury you would expect on your glamping holiday. We can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people in a full size double and 2 full size singles. Plenty of floor cushions and central tea light chandelier add to the ambience. . |

| Our Safari style bell tent is new for 2012. It is 5m in diameter offering 20m² of floor space and features a full size double and 2 singles. The ground sheet and covering sea grass flooring ensure you stay dry in wet weather. During the hotter summer days you can roll up the sides to allow the breeze to circulate. (We do not yet have pictures of the interior as this is a new addition for 2012. Pictures will be added early in 2012) | ||
Wether you are staying in one of our yurts or safari bell tent Our luxury package includes all bedding and towels. A luxury welcome hamper is also provided for your arrival. This superb package means you can take advantage of the low priced flights into nearby Limoges airport
