Welcome to Le Chêne Vert - luxury Yurt and Safari Bell tent Camping in France
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Bookings will only be considered confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit, payable within 10 days of making the booking. Dates willl be released if a deposit has not been received. The final balance is due 12 weeks before arrival.
2. In the event of you having to cancel your holiday your deposit is not refundable. If you have paid in full the balance will be returned provided that you have cancelled within 12 weeks of arrival. No monies will be refunded if the holiday is cancelled less than 12 weeks before arrival.
3. We reserve the right to withdraw the use of facilities for maintenance purposes with no prior notice, no refund will be offered in this case.
4. In exceptional circumstance (eg. fire, flood etc) we reserve the right to cancel your holiday up to the day before arrival. In this case all monies paid to us will be refunded.
5. We will not offer any refund in the event of missed or cancelled ferry crossings or flights, road closures, strike action, adverse weather or acts of terrorism. We will be happy to co-operate with your travel insurance company should you place a claim.
6. A damage deposit of €200 is payable on arrival. (Post dated cheque for day of departure) This is returned on departure less any expenses for wilful damages caused. Natural wear and tear and accidental breakage of crockery etc is not considered to be damage and your deposit will still be refunded.
7. You are responsible for ensuring that you have adequate travel insurance in place and that it starts in good time to cover you in the event of cancellations and travel delays.
8. The swimming pool is not supervised and you are responsible for the safety of children at all times.
9. Whilst every precaution has been taken to ensure that your yurt/bell tent is weather-proof, please be aware that they are tents and can be susceptible to adverse or extreme weather conditions.
10. The grounds and facilities are for use for all guests staying in the yurts/bell tent and we ask that you respect other guests on site by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm.
11. The contents of the hamper are non-contractual and products may vary depending on availability. Where products are substituted they will be of the same value and quality.
12. By booking with Le Chêne Vert you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.
